Jayda graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Durham College in 2024. With a strong foundation as an Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant, she developed a passion for hands-on care that led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

Jayda is dedicated to supporting her clients' physical health and overall well-being through personalized, therapeutic treatment. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with a compassionate touch to help each individual feel their best.

Outside of the clinic, Jayda enjoys staying active at the gym, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
